SeaWorld - Annual Pass Complications
Purchased annual passes for me and wife. The park was amazing, upon leaving the park attempted to print wallet size cards at kiosk and it stated cards were inactive.
Was informed by registration that there weren't any black out dates until mid November. A few days later called and spoke with a representative that seemed as if she had something more important to do, and told me anything to get me off the phone.
I called back the next representative stated that he would email us vouchers to receive our 2 free tickets, never received anything. Called a 3rd time and was told, we couldn't get our 2 tickets due to black out dates for the month of October, so now we have to head back to the part and wait in line again to purchase discounted tickets when online October is not even listed as a blackout month.
